*THIS TIP IS INCREDIBLY LONG!*
GLA is hardest base to take over, USA easiest, and China Moderate difficulty. Difficult to conquer bases with no tanks if fighting GLA or china.
GLA (not stealth general. you need scorpions for this tip):
Start off the match by clicking on your command centre and create 5 workers, send your starting worker to any nearby enemy base, then the second worker (created from the command centre). Soon, when the third worker is created, send him straight to the nearest supply source and build a supply stash. While he is building a fourth worker will be created, send him wherever you want (in your base) and make barracks. And finally for the fifth worker, position him where you want your arms dealer to be and wait for the supply stash to be complete. AS SOON AS BARRACKS ARE COMPLETE BUY THE CAPTURE BUILDING UPGRADE. Meanwhile, workers 1 and 2 will be in the enemy base (in most maps). Order worker 1 to create an arms dealer near the enemy command centre before they build base defenses, worker 2 to create barracks (since he arrives a bit later and barracks take less time to make) and worker five to build an arms dealer in your base. Continue constructing your base the way you want. (do not waste too much money or else you wont afford to create your second base!) Moving on. If the arms dealer is created first, create two quad cannons+ and two scorpions+. If the barracks are built first, create 3-8 terrorists, 1-2 rebels and 2-5 RPG troopers. Suggested: 2 rebels, 3 terrorists, 4 RPG troopers.
Orders for Units:
Quad cannon: if against USA, aim for their chinooks, then dozers, then wait infront of barracks. If china, just aim for their dozers, then wait infront of barracks. (DO NOT ATTACK SUPPLY SOURCES, GATTLING CANNONS MOST PROBABLY WILL BE BUILT AND WILL RUIN THIS WHOLE PLAN). If GLA destroy their arms dealers then stinger sites straight away (quad cannons kill soldiers in the site) because scorpions and stingers are a pain and usually ruin plans. After arms dealers and sites are destroyed, wait infront of barracks.
Scorpion: If against USA, go straight for the cold fusion reactors, dozers, then other structures. If China, go straight for the nuclear reactors, then dozers, then other structures. If GLA, attack the arms dealers, then stinger sites after quad cannons have eliminated the troops inside, then other structures.
Terrorist: If USA immediately aim for the dozers, then cold fusion reactors. If China, immediately aim for the dozers, then nuclear reactors. If GLA, go straight to arms dealers and blow them up!
Rebel: *FOR ALL BASES* go straight for the command centre and wait untill you are able to capture buildings... then capture command centre then other structures like barracks occupied by the quad cannons.
RPG troopers: *FOR ALL BASES* go straight for the tanks if an arms dealer or war factory is built, then destroy the dozers, then unwanted buildings.

USA (not super weapon or air force general, super weapon has no tanks and i've got a different tip for air force):
Send your first dozer (1 that you start with) straight to the enemy base, use the spy satellite on an enemy base to see what your going to take over (random enemy), if same team go to another nearby enemy, then create three dozers. When dozer 2 (one from command centre) is created, make a cold fusion reactor right next to your command centre so you can finish faster. When Dozer 3 is created, send him to nearest supply source and create a supply center when cold fusion reactor is finished. Dozer 4 will be created by now, so make barracks wherever you want (as soon as it's created purchase the capture building and flash bang upgrades) and continue making your base the way you want. MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE TOW MISSILE UPGRADE WHEN YOU MAKE A WAR FACTORY. When the supply center is created (make 2 extra chinooks for faster supply carrying), dozer 1 will be at enemy base. Create barracks, then a war factory. For the barracks, create 1-4 rangers and the rest missile defenders. For the war factory, create 2 humvees+ and the rest laser tanks or crusader tanks.
Orders for units:
Humvee: if against USA, aim for their dozers, then chinooks, then wait infront of barracks. If china, just aim for their dozers, then wait infront of barracks. (DO NOT ATTACK SUPPLY SOURCES, GATTLING CANNONS MOST PROBABLY WILL BE BUILT AND WILL RUIN THIS WHOLE PLAN). If GLA destroy their arms dealers straight away because scorpions are a pain and usually ruin plans. After arms dealers are destroyed, wait infront of barracks.
Laser tank or Crusader: If against USA, go straight for the cold fusion reactors, dozers, then other structures. If China, go straight for the nuclear reactors, then dozers, then other structures. If GLA, attack the arms dealers, then stinger sites after flash bangs have eliminated the troops inside, then other structures.
Ranger: *FOR CHINA AND USA* go straight for the command centre and wait untill you are able to capture buildings... then capture command centre then other structures like barracks occupied by the humvees. If against GLA, flash bang the stinger sites immediately, if you cant attack the site, enter a humvee then order it to attack, then capture buildings.
Missile defender: *FOR ALL BASES* go straight for the tanks if an arms dealer or war factory is built, then destroy the dozers, then unwanted buildings.

China (not infantry general, i've got a different guide for him):

When the supply center is created (create two extra supply trucks for faster supply carrying), dozer 1 will be at enemy base. Create barracks, then a war factory. If against GLA, attack the stinger sites immediately to remove infantry inside, then capture buildings.
Tank hunter: *FOR ALL BASES* go straight for the tanks if an arms dealer or war factory is built, then destroy the dozers, then unwanted buildings.

USA Air Force (easiest way to take over bases):
Create 3 construction dozers and a cold fusion reactor, use the spy satellite on an enemy base to see what your going to take over (random enemy), if same team, attack a different enemy when attack force is created. When Dozer 2 is created (one from command centre), send him to nearest supply source and create a supply center when cold fusion reactor is finished (purchase control rods upgrade). Dozer 3 will be created by now, so make barracks wherever you want. As soon as it's created make 2 rangers and 6 missile defenders, then purchase the capture building and flashbang upgrades. When the supply center is created (make 2 extra chinooks for faster supply carrying), create a war factory with one dozer and air fields with the others. Make around 4 air fields and as soon as theyr created make 16 king raptors. As soon as war factory is created, buy a combat chinook from the supply centre. You can now create the rest of your base the way you want. As soon as the combat chinook is created, equip rangers with flash bangs, order the infantry you created to enter and send the chinook straight to the enemy base.
Orders for units:
Combat chinook: if against USA, aim for their dozers, then cold fusion reactors, then all other structures, make sure no extra dozers are created. Combat drop the rangers infront of command centre and capture. If china, aim for their dozers, nuclear reactors then all other structures, make sure no extra dozers are created. Combat drop the rangers infront of command centre and capture. If GLA destroy their arms dealers and flash bang stinger sites straight away because quad cannons and stingers are a pain and usually ruin plans. After arms dealers and sites are destroyed, kill all workers and destroy all buildings, make sure no extra workers are created. Combat drop the rangers infront of command centre and capture.
King raptors: *FOR USA AND CHINA* attack all sources of power then rest of buildings. *ATTACK EVEN IF ALL RAPTORS ARE NOT CREATED YET*

China Infantry:

If against GLA (optional), attack the stinger sites immediately to remove infantry inside, then capture buildings.
Tank hunter: *FOR ALL BASES* go straight for the tanks if an arms dealer or war factory is built, then destroy the dozers, then unwanted buildings.

Send your first dozer (1 that you start with) straight to the enemy base, use the spy satellite on an enemy base to see what your going to take over (random enemy), if same team go to another nearby enemy, then create three dozers. When dozer 2 (one from command centre) is created, make a cold fusion reactor right next to your command centre so you can finish faster. When Dozer 3 is created, send him to nearest supply source and create a supply center when cold fusion reactor is finished. Dozer 4 will be created by now, so make barracks wherever you want (as soon as it's created purchase the capture building and flash bang upgrades) and continue making your base the way you want. MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE TOW MISSILE UPGRADE WHEN YOU MAKE A WAR FACTORY. When the supply center is created (make 2 extra chinooks for faster supply carrying), dozer 1 will be at enemy base. Create barracks, then a war factory. For the barracks, create 1-4 rangers and the rest missile defenders. For the war factory, create 2 humvees+ and the rest laser tanks or crusader tanks.
Orders for units:
Humvee: if against USA, aim for their dozers, then chinooks, then wait infront of barracks. If china, just aim for their dozers, then wait infront of barracks. (DO NOT ATTACK SUPPLY SOURCES, GATTLING CANNONS MOST PROBABLY WILL BE BUILT AND WILL RUIN THIS WHOLE PLAN). If GLA destroy their arms dealers straight away because scorpions are a pain and usually ruin plans. After arms dealers are destroyed, wait infront of barracks.
Laser tank or Crusader: If against USA, go straight for the cold fusion reactors, dozers, then other structures. If China, go straight for the nuclear reactors, then dozers, then other structures. If GLA, attack the arms dealers, then stinger sites after flash bangs have eliminated the troops inside, then other structures.
Ranger: *FOR CHINA AND USA* go straight for the command centre and wait untill you are able to capture buildings... then capture command centre then other structures like barracks occupied by the humvees. If against GLA, flash bang the stinger sites immediately, if you cant attack the site, enter a humvee then order it to attack, then capture buildings.
Missile defender: *FOR ALL BASES* go straight for the tanks if an arms dealer or war factory is built, then destroy the dozers, then unwanted buildings.
That's about it for the USA... if i missed something out i'm sure you'll figure it out.

USA Air Force (easiest way to take over bases):
Create 3 construction dozers and a cold fusion reactor, use the spy satellite on an enemy base to see what your going to take over (random enemy), if same team, attack a different enemy when attack force is created. When Dozer 2 is created (one from command centre), send him to nearest supply source and create a supply center when cold fusion reactor is finished (purchase control rods upgrade). Dozer 3 will be created by now, so make barracks wherever you want. As soon as it's created make 2 rangers and 6 missile defenders, then purchase the capture building and flashbang upgrades. When the supply center is created (make 2 extra chinooks for faster supply carrying), create a war factory with one dozer and air fields with the others. Make around 4 air fields and as soon as theyr created make 16 king raptors. As soon as war factory is created, buy a combat chinook from the supply centre. You can now create the rest of your base the way you want. As soon as the combat chinook is created, equip rangers with flash bangs, order the infantry you created to enter and send the chinook straight to the enemy base.
Orders for units:
Combat chinook: if against USA, aim for their dozers, then cold fusion reactors, then all other structures, make sure no extra dozers are created. Combat drop the rangers infront of command centre and capture. If china, aim for their dozers, nuclear reactors then all other structures, make sure no extra dozers are created. Combat drop the rangers infront of command centre and capture. If GLA destroy their arms dealers and flash bang stinger sites straight away because quad cannons and stingers are a pain and usually ruin plans. After arms dealers and sites are destroyed, kill all workers and destroy all buildings, make sure no extra workers are created. Combat drop the rangers infront of command centre and capture.
King raptors: *FOR USA AND CHINA* attack all sources of power then rest of buildings. *ATTACK EVEN IF ALL RAPTORS ARE NOT CREATED YET*
